I'm pretty sure Lolly broke my nose

Remember when my girl was being so snuggly?  Well, at one point she sneezed and slammed the top of her head right into my nose.  I heard a crack and it hurt like hell, but it didn't swell or bruise so I didn't think too much of it.  I had a dull headache for several days but it seemed to pretty much go away.  Then yesterday we were wrestling and she got me in the nose again.  I've had such a headache ever since, it almost feels like I'm going to throw up it hurts so bad.  Seriously, what am I going to do with this dog?  She's just a puppy and really isn't aware of her own body, but she's just too big to be so rough!
