It's about time

Wolfey and I were snuggling this morning, with Lolly curled up by my legs.  I must have moved too much and Lolly realized I was petting Wolfey and decided she needed in on the action.  She stood up and tried to walk across me to get in by my hands.  Typically, Wolfey would have gotten up and let her take his place, so  that he would miss out on the petting, but today he gave her a look that said, "Back off, missy, I was here first!" and she did!  Lolly actually laid back down, though a little closer and using my leg as a pillow, as if to say, "I'm still here, Mom, in case you decide to pet us both!" and let Wolfey have his snuggle time.  I'm so glad my little boy is finally learning to stick up for himself!
